The present MJC has been preferred for compliance of order dated 17.12.2015 in CWJC No.12365 of 2015. Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha on the basis of show-cause of the respondent board filed on 17.09.2016 has taken this Court to paragraph-3 in which it has been stated that the Assistant Engineer submitted the bills after verification on 05.05.2016 and payment made thereafter vide cheque no.602514 dated 06.07.2016 for an amount of Rs.1,41,482/-. Further, the authorities contacted the petitioner on telephone but he chose to refuse the same and accordingly on 13.07.2016 the same was sent through registered post.

Patna High Court MJC No.2285 of 2016(4) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 A copy this show-cause was handed over to Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner 17.09.2016 as per his endorsement on the show-cause. There is no rejoinder to the said petition.

In that view of the matter this Court is convinced that no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, MJC No.2285 of 2016 stands disposed of.
