JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 9.3.2015 in a case registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on secret information, the informant along with other officers reached at the house of one Kirpa Nand Mishra situated at Azam Nagar Mohalla and saw that the lock of the house of Kirpa Nand Mishra was broken and the articles were scattered. It is alleged that one unknown person was arrested from whose possession 44 notes of five hundred and one lady's watch and other things were recovered and the arrested person disclosed his name and address. He also disclosed the names of his companions as Zafar and Md. Seraj of Alinagar. The informant informed other

No.21261 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 police officer and on the identification of arrested person searched the house and there were three ladies and on query they disclosed their names as Nazni Khatoon, Raushan Kumari and Yasmin Parween @ Rozi Perween and recovered articles such as ornaments, mobile, camera and cash worth Rs.3 lacs. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ladies. It has been submitted that the other co-accused have been granted bail by the court below.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No.73 of 2015.
