2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 325, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 344 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and the parties are agnates. It is submitted that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant on his head with farsa, but as a matter of fact the informant sustained injury after falling from a tractor. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the petition inviting reference to the injury report of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61258 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 (Annexure-2), inter alia, showing sharp cut injury on the head of the informant which is of grievous nature and corroborates the accusation of assault by the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
