The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No.24378 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 367 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate or Successor Court, East Champaran, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. 4.

The order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No.24378

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63096 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. 5.
