====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed memorial before the DG of Police, Bihar, Patna which is pending.

3. In paragraph No. 33 of the writ application, following statement has been made by the petitioner :- "33. That the petitioner has filed memorial before DG of Police Bihar Patna, which is pending."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the aforesaid memorial filed by the petitioner is still

Patna High Court CWJC No.13984 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 pending before DG of Police, Bihar, Patna, the present writ application may be disposed of directing the DG of Police, Bihar, Patna within a fixed time frame.

5. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of directing the DG of Police, Bihar Patna to dispose of the memorial, which the petitioner claims to have filed and is pending, within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order. Before disposing of the memorial, the petitioner shall be heard and the final order which shall be passed by the DG of Police, Bihar, Patna should be reasoned and speaking order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

8. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
