This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 307 and allied sections of the Penal Code. The allegation is first of firing, which did not hit. It is alleged that two persons, Kundan and Sonu over powered him and closed him in a room and, thereafter, assaulted by fasuli and knife. However, the injury report suggests that the injury is lacerated on skull and temporal region and said to be simple. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Uphar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, subject to the condition laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
