This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 dated 21.03.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

It transpires that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.
