The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 143 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 143 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
