2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2025 dated 04.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 103(1), 238 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.05.2025 at 2.00 A.M., the informant received a call from his mami that his brother namely, Sonu Kumar Singh died. The informant with his family members reached Rupas 17 Bigha and enquired about his brother but he could not trace him out. On 04.05.2025, the informant came to know that the accused persons named in the F.I.R. killed his brother and the dead body of his brother was

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case during the course of investigation. Learned counsel has further submitted that the statement of the petitioner in para 31 of the case diary, there is no overt act against the petitioner and she has also stated that the specific allegation of assaulting is against the coaccused, Madan Singh. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 06.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
