JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that none of the witnesses have suggested that the petitioner participated in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the fact that on merits earlier petitioner's application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 416 of 2010, was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 41928 of 2010, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
