Rahui, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif" when in fact these two petitioners are resident of village-Trilok Bigha, P.S. Hilsa, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif as is mentioned in the memo of parties of the modification application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the typographical error, the order dated 10.04.2015 insofar as the address of the two petitioners in Criminal Misc. No. 46876 of 2014 is concerned, which stands modified to read as; "resident of village-Trilok Bigha, P.S. Hilsa, District-Nalanda at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24309 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 Biharsharif"

The memo of parties as occurring in the order dated 10.04.2015 in Criminal Misc. No. 46876 of 2014 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. As a consequence the period of surrender of the two petitioners granted under the order dated 10.04.2015 stands extended by further four weeks from today. Let the order be communicated through FAX to the court concerned by the office.
