2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(2), 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on 25.12.2024 at about 11 AM, co-accused Rajeev Kumar Yadav asked ransom from the informant on the point of knife, however, he was caught. Informant further alleged that earlier also, on two different occasions, co-accused Rajeev Kumar Yadav along with this petitioner snatched Rs. 900/- from the informant and threatened to kill him.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60358 of 2025(3) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 committed no offence. As a matter of fact, petitioner is a mechanic and the informant owes him money and when he asked for his due money, this false and concocted case has been lodged.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he, along with co-accused person, snatched money from the informant who happens to be a tempo driver. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
