Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47a of the Excise Act. It is alleged that from the wooden shop of the petitioner 80 sachets of country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that the wooden shop belonging to the petitioner and only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the case.

Considering the above submission and the quantity of recovered country made liquor, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20974 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 period of six weeks from today in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, pending in the court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
