The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 244 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(iii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 78.195 liters of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on
