2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted informant and her sons and daughter by means of lathi and butt of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, Maarpit took place in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault against this petitioner is general and omnibus. Similarly situated three co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 17.03.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 71418 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
