The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no fire arm injury caused to the informant and fire arms was submitted in police station by the informant itself. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56102 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
