JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Mr. Raghib Ahsan, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous, as the proceedings before the court below have been dropped because of the death of the opposite party.

However, it has been submitted that the issue with respect to the opposite party being the step-mother of the petitioner is still open and alive. In case such a petition would be filed, the court below shall look into the matter and decide accordingly.

With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
