From perusal of the record, it appears that this application has been filed for quashing order dated 22.07.2013 passed in Trial No.2284 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No.C-1748 of 2009, by which the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari has framed charges against the petitioners under Section 498(A)/34, 323/34, 379/34, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the aforesaid order framing charges is under challenge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35171 of 2013 (3) dt.16-01-2017 before this Court.

As stated above, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners.

From perusal of the complaint petition as well as order framing charges, it appears that there is no infirmity in the order. As such, this application is dismissed.
