The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 113/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased.

Considering the status of the petitioner and the allegation against her, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

P.S. Case No. 113/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
