The petitioner Sunaina Devi apprehends her arrested in Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014 registered under sections 323, 341, 504, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Witch Craft Act.
The informant alleged that the petitioner Sunaina Devi along with her son Udai Choudhary came and assaulted his mother calling her witch.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of assault with stick is against Uday Choudhary. The petitioner is alleged to have called the mother of the informant witch. The petitioner is a lady.

No.32831 of 2014 (3) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 Having considered the fact and the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has assaulted the mother of the informant with fist and slaps, petitioner Sunaina Devi in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri K.D. Raja Jee, J.M. Ist Class, Samastipur in Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
