The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, petitioner no.1 is a woman and there is a general and omnibus allegation of causing injury to the informant on his nose by iron rod. It is further alleged that informant's brother was assaulted near his right eye and head with an iron rod and informant's son was also

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present occurrence took place on account of land dispute, informant and petitioners are related and allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that the injuries suffered by injured are simple in nature except one injury of Bijay Kumar which is said to be grievous but is on the non-vital part, it is next submitted that there is a case and counter case in which from the petitioner's side people have suffered injuries Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down
