The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The vehicle, which has been seized in the instant case, does not belong to the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the recovered articles.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
