Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of revised pay scale despite the fact that revised pay scale was adopted by the State Government and the University has paid such revised pay scale to such similarly circumstanced other persons.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has placed reliance on the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17983 of 2016 dated 29.8.2018, the University admits that after
Patna High Court CWJC No.11582 of 2016(6) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 order in C.W.J.C. No. 17983 of 2016, the University though preferred LPA has paid revised salary to Dr. Vijay Prasad Singh. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to make payment of difference of arrears of salary (dearness allowance, house rent etc) for the period 1.1.2006 to May, 2013 on revised pay scale to the petitioner subject to final outcome of the LPA in the case Dr. Vijay Prasad Singh.
