The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is a case of recovery of English wine from the godown of co-accused Nawal Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by apprehended co-accused Nek Mohammad and the seizure list shows that the recovery of wine from the godown of co-accused Nawal Kumar. Petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-lI-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
