The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019, registered under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry due to that reason, daughter of the informant committed suicide by jumping at railway track at the time of passing the train.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is married Nanad of deceased, daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59318 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 informant and due to mis-understanding in between daughter of the informant with her husband, Md. Firoj, she committed suicide by jumping herself at railway track at the time of passing the train but with ulterior motive, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Moreover, Md. Firoj, husband of the deceased, daughter of the informant, is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
