2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 06.02.2023 at about 7 PM, when the informant's minor daughter, aged about 15 years, had gone in Sareh situated outside the house, for relieving herself, in the meantime, she was kidnapped. The victim is still traceless.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and the fact that the victim is still traceless, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
