JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.03.2015 in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Nawab Thakur, recorded in Shyampur Bhattha P.S.Case No. 72 of 2014 and accordingly, petitioner was remanded in the present case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22861 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.Case No. 94 of 2014.
