This application has been filed for quashing the entire prosecution case arising out of Atri P.S. Case No. 40 of 2005 against the petitioner including the cognizance order dated 05.01.2010 passed by learned C.J.M., Gaya in Atri P.S. Case No. 40 of 2005.

The impugned dated 05.01.2010 has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay of nine years.
