The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of two cases. The informant alleges that his parked motorcycle was stolen and local people disclosed that they saw the petitioner and Rustam Ansari roaming around the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire allegation hinges around suspicion, nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he came to be implicated

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, his name came based on suspicion and nothing was recovered from his possession, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 291 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Hefaz Ansari. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
