Patna High Court CWJC No.10366 of 2015(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 Bridge Construction Corporation, raising the grievance which has been raised in the present writ application. Surprisingly, the petition does not disclose as to when the approach road was constructed over the petitioner's land.
Be that as it may, in my view, the petitioner has a remedy by making an application before Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he can avail.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
