2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiate Contempt of court proceeding against Opposite Parties for willful and intentionally disobedience of the order dated 5.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19483 of 2019 that considering the nature of relief being claimed on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let a decision be taken by the

Patna High Court MJC No.2179 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 Respondent State of Bihar, on the question of petitioner's for pay scale of Specialist Doctor and other consequential benefits, such decision must be taken within three months from the date of receive/production of a copy of this order.

If the petitioner is found entitled to the claims as raised in this Writ application the consequential benefits must be made available to her within three months thereafter.

3. Show cause of opposite party nos. 1 and 3 and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to the reasoned order dated 07.02.2020 passed by the Joint Secretary of the Health Department, Bihar, Patna by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated.
