The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 498A, 420 of the IPC and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Both parties are physically present in the Court and are agreed to live together.

Considering the same, let the above named petitioner, be released on provisional bail for a period of six months from today, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58566 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with CA Case No.2074 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is directed to file an affidavit before the learned court below stating therein that petitioner and his wife are living together.

Thereafter, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned court below itself.
