The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint C.R. Case No. 690 of 2013 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband. The complainant has made allegations about demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present complaint case was filed on 14.05.2013. Prior to this case, the complainant had filed Complaint Case No. 2079/2012, on the basis of which, Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 424 of 2012 was registered under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32966 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The aforesaid case was compromised. The complainant lived happily with the petitioner but again she filed the present case. Considering the facts aforesaid it appears that the complainant has filed this case again making same and similar allegations against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Complaint C.R. Case No. 690 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
