The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that in the background of petty dispute he resorted three rounds of firing causing injury to the informant and one Ram Shresth Sah. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple. This fact has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the informant and a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33373 of 2014 (03) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014.
