The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that there is case and counter case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59762 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
