2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, some unknown persons committed theft in the house of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused Kundan Kumar Thakur. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani /concerned court below in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 98 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
