JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 22.11.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act and 25(1-B) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Liquors and arms were recovered from the house of Niranjan Singh.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been roped in since they are neighbour of Niranjan Singh. It is further submitted that Niranjan Singh has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12271 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33703 of 2014 (5) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Kharique P.S. Case No. 147 of 2013.
