JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. The application seeks a direction upon the respondents to implement the order dated 21.11.2011 passed by the respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sadar, Gaya passed in Case No. 139 of 2011-12. The writ application appears to be misplaced as the petitioner has a remedy to raise/agitate such grievance before the same authority under section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 read with Rule 30 of the 2010 Rules framed thereunder.
