2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1378 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 11.02.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37137 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

4. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
