JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.

The present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an objection before the learned Certificate Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah and in case such an objection is filed within a period of six weeks from today, then the Certificate Officer shall consider the same on merits without being influenced by the issue of delay in filing the objection and thereafter take a final decision in the matter. Till final decision is taken by the Certificate Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
