JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 19-04-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the issue in question raised in the Public Interest Litigation is with regard to certain irregularities in the matter of conducting of a course by Bihar Institute of Law, Raza Bazar, Patna, respondent No.7.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6714 of 2018 dt.19-04-2018 2/2 It is seen that a report was submitted to the Bar Council of India, the statutory authority, to take note of the grievance of the petitioner and as the representation of the petitioner has not been addressed by the Bar Council of India, for the present, without entering into the controversy on merit and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, it is directed that on the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall look into the grievance/representation of the petitioner, evaluate the same in the backdrop of statutory requirement, hear all concerned and thereafter pass an appropriate order, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
