The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died in harness on 04.12.2011. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment, but his case has not been decided as yet.
