The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 72/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the police investigation but the informant himself disclosed by filing a petition that petitioners are wellacquainted with him as they are also working in the same Company. Petitioners never demanded any extortion. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23235 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 72/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
