Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 288 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle in question or the hut in question. Petitioner has no concern with the seized illicit liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
