Petitioner is under custody since 20.01.2015, on account of carrying an allegation levelled by informant Dev Narayan Yadav to the effect that he along with Vijay Kumar Yadav and others armed variously disrupted the Aam Sabha convened for selection of Aanganbari Sewika and during course thereof, confined the informant with towel, assaulted with fists and slaps. Vijay Kumar snatched away spectacle while petitioner had taken out Rs.11,00/- along with documents on the point of pistol. Also torn the documents.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Harihar Nath Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
