The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sadar P.S. Hajipur Case No.431 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 353, 427, 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that one person died in motor accident and for that, the villagers have assembled on the road and blocked the traffic. The police went there and tried to remove the blockade of the road. It is further alleged that petitioner and other accused persons misbehaved with the police officials and after much persuasion, the blockade was removed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and other villagers were making peaceful protest on account of the road accident in which one person was died. Petitioner did not take law in his hand.

No.58001 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar P.S. Hajipur Case No.431 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
