2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 72 litres illicit liquor was recovered from e-rickshaw which was being driven by the petitioner, who was apprehended on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor and he had no knowledge with respect to the seized liquor kept on e-rickshaw. Petitioner is not involved in illegal business of illicit liquor. Charge sheet has already been submitted after
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60244 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 completion of investigation and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioner and tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in jail since 14.07.2025 having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the parties and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.121 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No.953 of 2025. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
