Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case Reg. No.1273 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 120(B) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65867 of 2019(6) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.2000/- per month to opposite party no.2. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

The petitioner is directed to pay Rs.2000/- per month in the first week of every month in the account of opposite party no.2. The opposite party no.2 is directed to furnish the account details in the learned court below.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case Reg.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65867 of 2019(6) dt.06-01-2022 3/3 No.1273 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. If the petitioner fails to pay Rs.2000/- per month to opposite party no.2 on two consecutive months, the learned court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
