In this case the petitioners are challenging the order dated 20.09.2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 725(C) of 2012 by which cognizance has been taken for offence under Section 341, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and the opposite party no.2 were litigating earlier and with regard to the criminal cases, the order dated 24.07.2013 was passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6584 of 2013.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23909 of 2015(5) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 Considering the earlier agreement between the parties, this application is allowed. The Complaint Case No. 725(C) of 2012 is hereby quashed.
