Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within the stipulated time, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.33/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 15.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6060 of 2021 by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail but I find that no new ground is taken by the petitioner for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70571 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 consideration of bail to the petitioner named above. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected. The instant bail application is dismissed. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
